Sir, base on military laws and rule of operation we are not allowed to be in position of such cash or even engage in such transaction, but I have to do this to be able to have a better future after my military career with my daughter Daisy who is just 6 years old now.

  I have moved the fund out of Iraq through a very high profile cargo courier firm after a very professional packaging of the cash in a heavy metal electronic save box with key locks and secret codes. I have reached and signed agreement with firm for safe delivery of my luggage to any desired location. Presently the consignment is at Egypt North Africa pending my further instruction.

   Base on the above facts I want entrust this whole sum of fund under your care till I arrive to you during my holidays for further discussion of investments. Sir this is risk free as we will both keep low profile during the transfer.
